Productive discussion about political issues is hard, especially in this era of partisanship. The deliberation testbed is a project run through the University of Houston's Machine-Assisted Human Decision-making (MAHD) Lab and The Ohio State University's Institute for Democratic Engagement and Accountability (IDEA) to engage college students in a process of rigorous deliberation about current political controversies and better understand the dynamics of political discussion. |
